AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy10 hours agoA. Hello mama once ur baby completes one year then u can give all that u cook for ur family including non veg food if u take.. Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between.. Restrict milk and milk products to 500 ml a day.
