A. If your question is for your baby, then the best solution to keep him/her healthy is by feeding fresh, home cooked, nutritious foods alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks and 500-600 ml milk everyday. Keep the child physically active.
