A. Hello dear parent! Avoid oily, spicy foods. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Good luck and take care.
