A. don't, you can have curd.. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate during breast feeding

No you should not you should have at the doctors don’t advise you to stop taking it is completely safe and healthy to be consumed the only thing is that you should be taking it a room temperature that is something that you definitely need to take care so take it on room temperature and take it three times in a day if neededWrite Your Answer Here
