A. post delivery, Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products, Processed food.

A. hello post delivery you should have all healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also include fruits and vegetables wel and avoid any gassy causing food in the diet and you should also avoid any spicy food in the diet as this can effect your baby tummy also
