#asktheexperts What is the solution to increase milk supply. Baby is not breastfeeding but I am pumpping the milk and giving her by bottle. Kindly suggest some remedies to increase milk production

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. First of all start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and make more skin to skin contact with baby and direct latching is best to improve milk flow and have plenty of liquids

Try to include good amount of water into your daily diet that is going to be really very important about four or 5 L of liquids per day along to tell you protein Phiber vegetables and lentils are definitely very important for you and also you can take a support from . Lactation supplement
