Hello mom There is nothing like perfect but every individual is different their metabolism is different ,their growth pace is different so as far as your child is very much active for his age there is nothing much to worry about but for his general weight gain you can give him food such as dry fruits and nuts, fruit milkshakes, stuffed parathas, Paneer, ghee, soya and products, lentils and legumes, eggs if preferred
