A. dear mum, if this question is for your baby, then in order to have a healthy diet, you should give foods like porridges (like rice, Ragi, wheat flour , moong dal and rice flour mix) , kheer then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd, paneer. add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. give 2 to 3 meals in a day and up to half katori every time. continue to breastfeed.
