#asktheexperts what is the best time to introduce salt and sugar?

A. after 1 year of completion. after 1 year if ahe, their body can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form. tc

A. Me a paediatrician suggested me to use salt from the age of seven months it self when I introduce semisolid food to the child and sugar after the age of one year but they do suggest you a replacement sugar that is jaggery powder that is very healthy even in the long run if you do not want to use sugar you can continue with jaggery powder as that’s actually a very good replacement to your sugar habits
