For building immunity one has to eat a balanced diet that has all the nutrients coming from food groups like whole grain , millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products? seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and oil seeds, healthy fats like ghee , eggs , poultry etc.
include herbs and spices like turmeric, ginger , garlic , mint , ajwain , etc in preparation of meals
avoid processed and packaged foods qnd junk food

There No such immunity boosting food as search if a child is having proper balance nutritional diet that’s good enough maximum you can start with giving saffron turmeric me to your child twice a day during winters you can I drive fruit powder and also you can give Chavanprash twice a day
