A. Ma’am Practically the food that we eat regularly has enough of immunity into it you should try to give good amount of pulses to the child on regular basis they are healthy rice and other food items like Chapati and Bharata whatever we are eating that’s good you can introduce all kind of South Indian food also to the child that is also very healthy and try to give turmeric milk to your child at least two times in a day
