Hello mom food that Are healthy and high in calories and also made at home and natural foods can be opted such as dry fruits and nuts, eggs, variety of dals, legumes like chana, rajma etc soya, sago ,stuffed parathas made with either potato or Paneer etc milk, ghee, some milkshakes Best with fruits

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of 2 years 6 months old girl, give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
