SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, take adequate liquid and keep your self hydrated which is good for skin. It applies to both mother and the baby. For baby you need to exclusively breastfeed. And as a breastfeeding mother you need to take adequate liquid. Have a glass of water before feeding your baby and have a glass of water after feeding your baby. Have a healthy diet food. Take more fibre and calcium rich food. Apply moisturiser twice a day. For baby every day massage with coconut oil and give bath and after bath make sure to apply body lotion. Use soft cotton clothes.Write Your Answer Here
