Baby led weaning means the baby learns to decide and stop asking for breast milk and gets weaned off without asking much of it.. but it is suggested that you exclusively breast feed until the age of 6 months and longer you breast feed the better for the child to build immunity.. you start giving child the solid foods from the age of 6months and slowly increase the solid food intake and reduce the breast milk .. automatically the baby let’s go of the breast milk
