okay ,sure..
first ,you need to ensure if baby is ready or not.
he should be able to sitting up with little or no support
,he should have good head and neck control
second, you need to start with the food which is easy to pick up and hold .
for example.some finger food items i.e. pieces of banana ,papaya
third , dont force feed your child ,dont worry about mess
and let your child decide how much is enough for him .
offer variety of food that encourage your child to take interest in food.
but please keep patience
it will take a lot of efforts and time both
