A. In 1 year, there are variety of nutritious foods that can be included in baby's diet like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, chicken soup, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, chapati with paneer gravy, chicken and fish curry, veg cutlet, veg sandwich, khichdi, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, fresh juices, ghee, seasonal fruits and 550-650 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks .
