A. Hello my dear parent! For the first one to 2 weeks, I gave one new food at your time, preferably in the morning. You can start including small quantities of semi solids like homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, Apple purée, Ragi, and so on. Continue with breastfeeding. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
