You can give foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd, mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
After 7 months, you can add powdered nuts to baby’s foods. You can also introduce eggs.
