#asktheexperts what food should I give to baby for sufficient calcium supply at the age of 9 months old baby... please suggest me.

A. You can give yoghurt and cheese. Oranges are rich in calcium. You can make a powder of almonds and add to porridges and fruit milkshakes as almonds are also a rich source of calcium. Green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, okra, french beans, cluster beans, green peas as they are also rich in calcium. Ragi and brown rice are rich in calcium. You can give one boiled egg yolk per day.
