Q.

#asktheexperts what does my child hold breath while crying... is it a sign of some nutritional deficiencies? what should i do when she holds her breath? my kn laws says to blow air on her face... but i feel it further aggrevates the condition and the episode

A. no it is not due to nutritional deficiencies breath holding is a temper tantrum and you should not encourage it please consult with the pediatrician and if needed get a baby counselling done
