#asktheexperts what diet should I give to my daughter to increase her height? She dont take milk and physical activity is less. Her growth is hindered as schools are also closed. Please advice.

NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy4 years agoA. hello the height of the child depends on either of the parents height or the grandparents height and it is genetic and if the child is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet
