Uma RamMom of 2 children2 weeks agoA. Hello good afternoon !! As the baby is 7 months old give semi solid foods twice a day mid morning and evening rest of the day milk either breast milk or formula milk.
Cerelac and porridges (sooji,dalia,oats,rice, porridge) , dal kichdi or plain moongdal kichdi with carrot ,lauki ,fruit and vegetable purie,mash .
Check the suitability of every new food item.
