RashmiMom of a 11 yr 8 m old girl6 days agoA. The basic diet is going to include porridge Khichdi mash mashed potato make sure to include the varieties of dairy products in the diet of your child also I’m going to advise you to give food made out of ragi oats and Suji and lots and lots of water
