A. Hello mam Keep the diet of the child nutritious Include 2 serving of fruits and 3 katori of vegetables in the daily diet Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, pista are also beneficial Protein should be included with every meal like paneer, milk, curd, daal, sprouts, eggs Restrict the intake of junk food , sweets, sugary drinks, biscuits to once a week Keep the child active as it improves lung capacity
