#asktheexperts what all activities can I do with my kid to encourage him to roll?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. No need to do anything the baby will start rolling on his own as it is a milestone just give him tummy time during day time as it helps in strengthening muscles of the neck and shoulder and baby also learns to roll

yes , you can do some activities like:
put your baby on his side with his favorite toy just out of reach.
this encourage your baby to turn his head and body towards the toy which can lead to roll over.
or simply sleep beside your child and call him or cuddle him
but please provide safe space with firm flat surface ,for example you may use Babyhug Baby mat

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Just give more of tummy time to the child as they are very comfortable with tummy time most of the kids learn to roll over more and much better after being on tummy because they would try to flip over and that is how they slowly learn to roll over also
