A. Hello, over all diet and exercise are important to achieve the desired goal , so atleast 30 to 45 mins workout would be good and beneficial be it yoga or brisk walking etc diet you have to be very mindful as to what you are consuming , avoid sugary , refined and processed foods , late evening meals and meals just before bedtime
