#asktheexperts we are Sikh. we never trim our hair.. but now sudden her hair is breaking & got thin.. plz help me with the solution

Sometimes see i understand your concern but sometimes the products that you’re using in the head oil or shampoo may not be soothing it would be associated with nutritional deficiencies scalp and infection dryness in the scalp because the hair are neatly into a bun and then you cover it so sometimes due to sweat also the hair can break so I think it would be good for you to consult a dermatologist
