#asktheexperts water is coming from one eye through out the day. Also little dirty is also coming. then small pimples is there on face , neck and in body

Maybe it could be just associated with tear duct blockage which is why this is happening so I’m going to advise you to kindly check with your doctor regarding that and then you say pimple also coming so please check with your doctor it could be associated with some infection also
