A. Hello mom try to have a balance between diet and physical activity as both are necessary, you may avoid sugary. Processed and refined foods , also you may involve your self in some form of physical activity such as brisk walking , or dance workouts or yoga etc for at least 30 to 45 mins

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid high calorie foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.
