nothing to worry mom just make sure you give the paracetamol syrup immediately after the vaccination and every 6 hours so that the baby will not get much fever or body pain.
if you do not know the dosage please ask with your pediatrician regarding the dosage and give it every 6 hours and also you can apply cold towel over the area if the child has much pain
