#asktheexperts underweight kid. any meal plan?

A. hi well ,as such there isn't any need of specific diet plan but yes ,you must include high protine food items like paneer,soya , milk ,butter , egg etc in your child diet. give Healthy meals and snacks for example Sabji of boiled chickpea once in a week , dates ladoo (see it's recipe in my profile) , besan or mung dal chilla , multigrain idli etc
