#asktheexperts Today I done vaccination for my 3.5month old baby, tell me the paracetamol dosage 120mg/5ml

A. Hello, your baby girl is 3.5 months old and she has received her vaccinations and if she is having a pain and fever then give her paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight divided 3/4 doses if needed

A. hello paracetamol syp can be given around 2.5ml for fever or irrtabililty to the baby after every 6 hours if needed and if no fever not needed. icing can be done

A. you can use syrup or drop. if u r using drop then 0.7 or above needed. syrup is based on baby weight and for 5 kg above it needed more than 3 ml
