Q.

#asktheexperts The school has recommended learning disability test for my child because my child does not communicate with teachers, cannot recognise words, reading, always lost in her own world...But at home she is not like that she understands everything, she communicates with us, whatever I teach her she understands and then she does it on her own....So should we go for the test

A. Hey! While the child’s progress at Home is encouraging, the schools recommendation for a learning disability test is a standard step to ensure she receives the right support. This test can determine if the child is struggling due to a specific learning, disability, expressive language issue or it can be social anxiety.
