Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar.

you can give upma, idli,dosa,sheera, cheela, suji cutlet, stuff paratha, paneer, curd rice, sweet potato, corn, cucumber, eggs, etc
