ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. if you are giving any iron supplements it is due to that otherwise these are cavities for which you need to visit a dentist and get proper checkup and treatment done

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy3 years agoA. hello giving iron drops then this can be due to that and maintain a proper oral hygiene which is important and make sure to brush your baby teeth twice w day atleast and any concern then it is better to check with your paediatric dentist and he can advise you accordingly
