As your baby is already 11 months old, you can give dry fruits to your child but in powder form. You can make a recipe also with dry fruits, it will increase your baby's weight.
Recipe of energy balls-
Take 5 almonds, 5 cashews, 5 pista
Grind them in a jar
Then take 5 dates
Add dates in the powder that we make and grind all
Paste is ready now
Make small small balls of it
Energy balls are ready to serve
You can increase or decrease the quantity of number of nuts as per your use.
