NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 month agoA. hello taking lactation medicine can help to increase the milk secretion n also have leafy veggies well n u can also give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug as an alternative

Shatavari powder is a very good lactation supplement that our mother can take to increase its lactation you can take it three times in the day with warm milk and along with that also I’m going to advise you to have a good diet plenty of proteins and fibre in the diet are also good
