Eat eggs, cottage cheese, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet.
- Also daily do some exercise to keep yourself healthy inside out.
-Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, amla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to hair and prevent them from drying and breakage.
-Avoid stress and take adequate rest.

Hello, if you are facing hair fall after delivery it's very normal as the hormones are coming back to normal. try eating a protein rich diet and maintain scalp and hair hygiene. alternatively you can try onion seeds oil and shampoo for hair growth. I have heard very good reviews of Mama Earth onion hair oil. it's helps in hair fall and also new hair growth.
