#asktheexperts starting weaning food suggestion and recipes for 6 month old baby. How much water can I give at the starting? how many times in a day can i give water to 6 months old baby?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom water can be given a few sips to start with , you can intially start with liquid consistency foods & gradually move to semi solids and alternate it with your feed.
