Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr old girl3 days agoA. You can take steam regularly at least 5 to 6 times in the day you can also put nasal drops 4 to 5 times in the day this will really help you a lot and opening about your nasal passage and check with your doctor for medication to be taken
