#asktheexperts Sir my wife undergone CS in two month ago , she is lot feeling lot back pain . Difficult feeding baby , any suggestion.

Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective sitting straight while feeding the baby is very important to avoid back pain so you should always have a proper back support while feeding and pick the baby up for breastfeeding

Maintain a good personal hygiene routine and follow your doctor’s advice. Sit in a comfortable position, try using Babyhug feeding pillow while breastfeeding
