A. sir, I have seen a bristle broken from his tooth brush 2 days ago. I didn't find it. I have many questions in my mind whether he swallowed it or fell on the floor or somewhere in his clothes. of he swallowed what is the next step I need to do?

A. there are number of reasons of excessive crying in children because it can be either due to some type of colic pain or digestion problem or due to some type of nasal blockage abdominal pain or any body pain / ear ache. so if it is not improving meet your doctor and for pain you can give one dosage of pasracetamol. if it appears to be colic pain you can give anti colic medicine and if it is due to nasal blockage you can give nasal saline drops. many timesd changing the environment of the child helps as well as diverting the child helps.

A. Curd is usually the first recommended food when kids suffer from diarrhoea because of its digestive issues fighting nature and its mildness on the stomach. Curd contains tryptophan, the element that is broken down by the brain to secrete sleep-inducing melatonin.
