#asktheexperts sir my baby is 7month old.how much time should I give her water.please sir tell me frequency and quantity.also tell me how much time should I give her food and in what quantity.sir if you have food and water chart for babe age wise then please provide me

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should give 3 meals a day and up to half katori every time. Give few sips of water in between and after meals. Breast milk and food also contain water and fulfils the hydration needs of baby.
