That Would completely depend as to what is satisfactory weight according to you see as far as I can see as of now the wait seems decent to me for the child also I am not aware about the birth weight of the child so I can only tell you if I child Gains 3 to 400 g every month that means your child is gaining good so I do not know what is the satisfactory weight gain according to you
