Hi If your baby is not gaining weight, then you should try & evaluate the reason whether the latching technique is proper. whether baby is feed only from one side so that baby gets fat rich milk Is there an issue with sucking milk because of inverted nipple. pls try to check once the possible reasons. you can also add formula milk with paediatricians advice
