Q.

#asktheexperts sir my baby eats 3 times a day. In Breakfast - oats with milk/ 2 chapati with milk/ 1 and half chilla/ 2 idlis or 2 dosas. In Lunch - dal, rice, sabzi/ khichdi with boiled egg. In Evening Snacks - omlet/ milk with protein powder/ Murmure. In Dinner - suji and ragi with protein powder/ chilla. She doesn't like to eat fruits. Sometimes only she will have them Heer weight is 8 kgs and barbies of her age weigh 2 kgs more. What should I include in her diet for weight gain.
