A lot of times it could be associated with the disturbance in the stomach so currently I’m just going to recommend you three things try doing them very you should start giving child vitamin B supplement to the child in the night before sleeping and along with that give water with fennel seeds and along with that also I’m going to advise you to apply Dolo gel in the mouth if there is a problem of blisters or ulcers
