#asktheexperts sir can you please tell some ways to increase breast milk! I an facing very difficulty to overcome that. I tried many ways (ate fenugreek, cumin seeds, drunk water a lot, consumed lactaro tablets and other remedies) . But a slight variation I felt, but I am not satisfied with that. Could u please recommend any medicines or any powders or any ways to overcome it!?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Lactare Granules are used for adequate lactation in lactating mothers.Lactare granules are to be taken 2 teaspoonful (approx. 10g), twice daily with a glass of milk as long as you breast feed. Use under medical supervision
