Q.
#asktheexperts since my baby is just three months old.. completing four after 10 days .. earlier 15 days ago I was able to well feed the baby ... now my breast milk has decreased drastically.., and very least amount of milk is getting produced..please suggest me accordingly to increase the feed... though I am continuously latching the baby

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello expressing your bm can also help to increase the milk secretion and you can try using Babyhug breastpump and also have lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and have fruits bas vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion
