Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica d drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feed which is called as posseting.it can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestion.it is very normal in this age we should not worry if the baby is passing motion after every feed and more frequently also or either if the baby is having constipation and not passing motion for even a week it can be considered as normal in the sage you should not worry if the baby is feeding well is play full and is having proper urine output and weight gain according to the age.
